Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@circuitly.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 30 days
• Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
